Maybe it is not the best place to post this but i had to ask. How to get a good support from Broadsat support email , instead of a default reply when asking about the decreasing in my connection speed??
i sent 2 emails stating in them the situation an they respond to both emails with the same default reply. it seemed like no one reading it, and just a responding machine is sending the replies. |
