I have already got my account activated after I sent to them my documents.
Unfortunatly, though more than 10 days passsed from my subscription I still can not use the satsurf feature because I do not know how to configure my computer properly.

Hi KJA

Usually accounts are activated very quickly,
i.e. as soon as our team checks the documents and the payment.

If you give me your username I'll see
why your account has not been activated yet.

Cool

Hi,
Everything now is fine . There was something wrong with my pc confugration and already got it corrected.
I appreciate your help.
By the way, is it possible to use the Satsurf service without logging in through Opensky client software 1.7?
If yes, please tell me how.

Hello KJA,

we are making a new connection manager that will be available in the next days.

It will manage only satsurf connection.
No multicast, no dvb card.

Good news, Smile I am realy interested to use the new Satsurf managing tool.
In fact , I am suffering alot with opensky client utility 1.7 because it always logs out without asking it to do so and when i ask it to log in again it does not respond .
Please tell me how to get the new Satsurf connection manager.

Oh yes! New software!!!
Please neo, include a feature to connect SatSurf when the soft startup, because sometimes UPS can't stay on for several minutes...
If possible, an option to stay connected after 2 hours of innactivity will be good Smile

This is not a feature of the client.

The server automatically disconnect users who dosn't make any trafic for 2 hours.

Usaully a ping or a check mail solve this "problem"...
Wink
